help me on Truman 9090

i bought truman 9090 five days ago and installed new sofware on it today but my sharing is not working anymore and i have 850 days on it b4 the software installation. any help?

I called the customer service to give me the sever information but he asked me to bring the receiver over, and i told him not to install old version software to it but he didn't listen he installed old software and put back the server log-in information back
