i have a problem in web interface when try to open it,i get the following message

some plugins are not available extension/webinterface (no modulle named rand).

and when open tvonline i get crash

i have hd800se with TSimage loader 87f

please advise what to do

i sent plugins TS media and tv online fromTS panel plugins to the hd 800se but i discovered that the webinterface plugin disappeared and bothTSmedia and tv online shows crash when i try to open them. please advise what to do
